Implements configurable regex alerts for issue #2.\n\nChanges:\n- Adds --regex-alerts CLI option\n- Loads JSON array or { checks: [...] } config\n- Supports matching domain/name, http_code, content_length, dns_type/type, rdata/info\n- Logs matched alerts after probe output is written\n- Documents config format in README\n\nVerification:\n- Compiled regex_alerts.cpp with project include paths\n- Compiled a minimal caller against regex_alerts.hpp\n\nNote: full CMake build was blocked in this environment before Boost headers were available.
